    The Singaporean government built the Outram Community hospital as part of the Healthcare 2020 Masterplan. This new community hospital is located within Singapore General Hospital. The building offers better healthcare services for the local community with its additional 19-storeys and 550 beds for patients.

    The Singaporean government built the Outram Community hospital as part of the Healthcare 2020 Masterplan. This new community hospital is located within Singapore General Hospital. The building offers better healthcare services for the local community with its additional 19-storeys and 550 beds for patients.

    However, it faced a huge challenge in plumbing. Contractors engaged Wavin pipes to supply our innovative Tigris K1 systems to provide a noiseless clean water piping system suitable for hospitals. This has helped boost productivity levels by a massive 30% compared to using traditional copper system by bracing joint. As a result, installing pipes and fittings in Outram Community hospital is easier and more efficient.
