TechcomBank, one of the largest joint-stock banks in Vietnam, will be having its new head office in the commercial core of Hanoi – Hoan Kiem District. The project was designed with 05 basements, 23 floors, with an overall usable area of more than 51,000m2.
As an established bank in Vietnam, TechcomBank needed to ensure they have a quiet and peaceful environment for its staff and customers. One of the major requirements by the owner is that it needs to be of good quality and low noise.
Wavin SiTech+ - An ideal choice to reduce the noise of wastewater
Wavin SiTech+ was the chosen solution for this installation to reduce the noise of wastewater traveling between different levels of the building. With the availability of the lightweight system in pipe and fittings, along with complementary sound-insulating brackets, it was an ideal solution to meet the specific plumbing requirements of different areas of the building.
Wavin SiTech+ is also much faster and easier to install and handle on the side than PVC material. With no extra tool required, the construction contractors can improve the wastewater system construction at a significant rate.
Techcombank Tower is located between Ly Thuong Kiet Street and Quan Trung Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam, a bustling downtown area with millions of dwellers.
The construction on this started in 2019 and will finish in 2023.
