Guangzhou tower also known as the Guangzhou new TV tower,whose nickname is Small Pretty Waist. It's located in the Guangzhou Haizhu District (Yizhou islands), about 125 meters at the southern bank of the pearl river, oppositing the Haixin Island and the Guangzhou 21st Century CBD area. main tower for Guangzhou Tower is 454 metres ( sightseeing platform for the top 488 meters), antenna masts is 150 meters, total is 600 meters high.Guangzhou Tower is the first tower in China,and the world's fourth tower.

The Ghelamco Arena in Ghent is the first completely new stadium to be built in Belgium for many years. It is ecologically advanced and multi-functional. As well as 20,000 seats, it has numerous bars and restaurants, events, shopping and leisure facilities and 15,000 m2 of office space. The stadium is located in a new development corridor with offices, shops and a hotel. The project would need both to manage rainwater efficiently and to minimize construction times.

Leicester Students Union – award-winning sustainability

The Percy Gee Students' Union at University of Leicester opened after a £17 million re-development project. It has since won a staggering 20 environmental awards and commendations; received a BREEAM 'excellent' rating; and won the Leicestershire Building of the Year award. It was the only UK finalist in the Global Greenbuild Competition. Wavin subsidiary Warmafloor was appointed to install the underfloor heating system.

Rieder Tower residence for senior citizens

In Rotterdam, the Netherlands, lies the Rieder Borgh community. It offers a wide choice of supported living for senior citizens. The 16 floor Rieder Tower, with 79 senior apartments, is one of the tallest buildings in the neighbourhood. Multiple Wavin systems were deployed in the tower to ensure minimum noise for residents along with fast and efficient fitting for Unica, the contracted installers.

The low temperatures needed by underfloor systems result in real efficiency, reducing energy consumption by at least 30%. This sustainable solution was also crucial in helping the building achieve a BREEAM excellent rating.
