The estimated cost of Flame Towers is around US$350 million. Construction began in 2007, and completed in 2012. The architect of the project was HOK, the design-build contractor was DIA Holdings, and project management was provided by Hill International.

The facades of the three Flame Towers has more than 10,000 high-power LED lightings which Osram, subsidiary Traxon Technologies and Vetas Electric Lighting, supplied.
