A. MY WAVIN ACCOUNTS

In order to be able to login to my Wavin account or access our online services where you can obtain personalized services such as personal ranges, online ordering, calculation tools, BIM content, e-learning, technical drawings and/or price lists, Wavin stores your username (e-mail address), password, title, first name, surname, and company name, and in some cases your IP address and location.

B. CONTACT FORMS

In order to be able to answer questions or comments via contact forms, we can ask for your email address and optional your name and company name.

C. NEWSLETTER

In order to be able to send newsletters to Wavin newsletter recipients, we ask for your e-mail address and optional your name, initials and title and additional information like company name or a functional classification to be able to send you the right content.

D. ONLINE CAMPAIGNS

To motivate and stay connected to our customers and potential customers, Wavin launches online campaigns frequently. Besides newsletter subscription information, we can ask for additional information like addresses, phone numbers or product usage, to provide more relevant content and messages to our visitors and users for price matching and other purposes.

E. E-MAIL MARKETING

We may collect your e-mail address and optional your name, initials, title and additional information like company name or a functional classification, in order to send you marketing e-mails. Via social media we bring our content to our target audiences to be able to stay engaged with Wavin in the environments that our target audiences are most active on.
