DR. JOHANNES DREES
Sales & Business Development Manager APAC
Johannes is responsible for driving the startup and growth of the B&I Business Group in the APAC market through effective leadership and relationship management - with large international customers like investors, developers, construction companies, installers, architects, engineers and consultants in a variety of branches. He is also responsible for driving product positioning in the various regions.
Johannes has a wealth of experience in developing and executing growth strategy through acquisitions, as well as corporate venturing in India and in other countries. He has held a variety of leadership roles in strategic analysis and business development & acquisition for a large family owned multinational in the APAC region. Johannes holds an International Bachelor of Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University, a MPhil degree in Strategic Management from the Erasmus Research Institute of Management and a PhD in Strategic Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business at VU University Amsterdam.
Commercial Sales Director - Retail
Adhel Heysa is a Commercial Sales Director (Retail) for Wavin Indonesia. With more than 20 years in the building material industry, she plays a key role of realizing Wavin Retail Sales Strategy in Indonesia.
Prior to join Wavin, she led Sales Division as Sales Director in Lixil Water Technology Indonesia, managing various parts of retail business in Indonesia. Her experience in Building Material started in 2000 in Lafarge Cement Indonesia. She then worked for big organizations like ASSA ABLOY and Knauf Gypsum where she honed her experiences and abilities furthermore.
Commercial Sales Director - Projects
Martha Aswini is a Commercial Sales Director (project) for Wavin Indonesia. With more than 22 years in the building material industry, she plays a key role of realizing Wavin Project Sales Strategy in Indonesia.
Prior to joining Wavin, she led the Sales Division as the National Head of Sales in Etex Building Performance Indonesia, managing marketing and sales strategy to grow the project market. Her experiences in Construction and Building material started since 1998 after finishing her education in Civil engineering in ISTN Jakarta and Construction management in Northeastern University in Boston USA. Starting with Charisma Satria Trimitra and BCI Asia in various responsibilities ranging from managing projects, key accounts management, marketing strategies as well as developing the project market as a General Manager for BlueScope Lysaght Indonesia.
