Meet the team behind Wavin SEA+
Regional Sales Manager South East Asia
Frederick Chia is a Regional Sales Manager for Wavin Singapore. With an experience of more than 18 years in the plastic piping industry from the building & utility background, he plays a key role of realizing Wavin Project Sales business in South East Asia and other new APAC market by developing more channel of sales.
Prior to joining Wavin, he worked for George Fischer as a Market Segment Manager of Building Technology & Utility responsible for South East Asia market, managing and supporting the sales to grow the various piping solution in the building & utility segment. His experience in the plastic pipe industry started in 2005 with Glynwed Pipe System Singapore when he was working on the project as a project manager to supply & deliver 80% of the piping material to Banda Aceh & Nias water recovery project after the devastated Indian Ocean earthquake and Tsunami hit the coastline of Aceh province in 2004.
Business Manager (Malaysia)
Kit Ho is a business manager for Wavin Singapore, with the strong understanding of commercial practices in South East Asia, he is responsible in realising Wavin project sales strategy in Malaysia.
Prior to joining Wavin, he spearheaded the business development and managing channel partners in Indonesia, Vietnam & Thailand, focusing in architectural lighting products. He set up representative offices and sales support teams in Jakarta & Ho Chi Minh City while he worked for Acerinox Malaysia.
He builds a full-scale sales & marketing operation for the new commercial business unit with his family business in Kuala Lumpur and completed many iconic hospitality and commercial fit-out projects. He graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (U.S) with a Bachelor of Science (Finance) degree and Specialist Diploma in International Trading (SCIT) with Singapore Management University (SMU).
Sales Manager (Philippines)
Jocel Milagrosa is the Sales Manager of Wavin Singapore. She will spearhead the business growth in the Philippine market. Prior to joining Wavin, she is a well-versed licensed civil engineer with a decade of background in design, project management and sales in the Philippines and Singapore. She graduated in the University of the Philippines – Los Baños. Her exposure in different fields of engineering and construction paved way for developing sensitivity in the construction industry demands, especially with the growing need of innovative products, construction best practices and expert customer success management.
Jocel held various positions as Project Engineer, Technical Sales Executive and Specifications Engineer for Fast Flow Singapore Pte Ltd. Her previous role entailed finding opportunities in the Philippine market and establishing agreements with third-party installers of siphonic system in the Philippines. She also pioneered the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the organization and supervised construction site activities.
BINH THANH NGUYEN
Sales Manager (Vietnam)
Binh Thanh Nguyen is a Sales Manager for Wavin Singapore. With more than 20 years in the business developing & commercial management network, he plays a key role in realising the sales in Vietnam.
Prior to joining Wavin, he led the sales division as Regional Sales of Philips Lighting Vietnam, managing various parts of Consumer & OEM Partner business in Vietnam. His experience in building sales network started in 2001 with Unilever Vietnam.
