| Zwolle, 1 July 2011 - Wavin, leading supplier of plastic pipe systems and solutions in Europe, today announces that it has entered into an agreement to sell Kulker SAS, a local subsidiary of Wavin France, to RYB, a French provider of polyethylene (PE) pipe systems. Kulker SAS distributes pipe systems to the agricultural sector. It has revenues of approx. EUR 12 million, is based in Sully-sur-Loire and employs approximately 25 people. Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed. This divestment reduces complexity and enables Wavin France to further focus on the core activities such as Water Management solutions and Hot & Cold, Foul Water and Cable Ducting systems.
